Another villain that is featured in Sailor Silence's "Strings of Fate" story, Shi Kisu. She is not as high ranked as Ashi and Yukimei but Shi Kisu's speciality is espionage. She is apart of the Night Creatures race as a "Mirrored". Once I've completed the sketch, I'll go more in depth about Shi Kisu and her race, "The Mirrored".
